TIARA is a full service event company that assists clients in all stages and aspects of meeting planning, including event pre-planning, operations and post-event analysis. Through our marketing services TIARA can assist with promotional pieces, branding, contact lists and much more. Listed below are some of the services available. Not all clients utilize all services and some require variations and specialized elements for their function(s). This list might be helpful to you in preparing for and executing your own event.

EVENT PLANNING

  • Purpose - What are the most important priorities of the meeting? If this is a reocurring event, is there any past history that profiles attendees, sponsors or exhibitors and how their needs were satisfied.
  • Marketing, Promotion - TIARA is a full-service marketing consultant firm assisting companies in with product launches, promotions, announcements, services, branding and much more.
  • Budgeting - How much does a meeting cost? Where can money be saved? What are the meal requirements? Special functions? 
  • Timeline - When are each of the elements of the meeting due to be completed?
  • Location - What city or part of the country is being considered?
  • Venue - Are sleeping rooms required? If so, roughly how many each night? Meeting space requirements? Style of seating? Acceptable guest room rate?
  • Promotion - Direct mail? Email? Database of contacts? Telephone canvassing? Other resources?
  • Marketing - Website? Online registration? Sponsors? Exhibitors? Strategic alliances with other organizations?
  • Event operations - Registration? Attendee liaison? Speaker assitance? Audio visual requirements? Maintaining the program schedule? Meal delivery? Special needs? Transportation?
  • Post-event analysis - Comments forms from attendees, sponsors, exhibitors and speakers? Summary of comments? Did the event achieve the priorities discussed initially?
