In the event you must cancel your registration, our Cancellation Policy is as follows: There is no charge for cancellations or substitutions received in writing prior to February 10, 2006. After that date, however, no refunds will be given, but a copy of the Proceedings will be provided. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send a replacement at no additional charge. Because we are responsible for our commitment to the hotel, payment may not be applied to a future Tiara Conference.
