The cost of a Tabletop Exhibit is $750 which includes one Symposium Registration and one 6 foot skirted table. Arrangements for all other needs must be made with the Hyatt Regency Hotel by contacting Glenda Simons at 585/546-1234 ext. 4425.

Your exhibit may remain set up from 3:00 pm Sunday (September 19) through 2:30 pm Wednesday (September 22). Exhibits must be dismantled immediately following the event.

Every exhibitor will be acknowledged on our website, which includes a link to the exhibitor’s website. Additionally, there will be a special mention in the 12th International Coating Science and Technology Symposium Proceedings, which will be distributed to every attendee as well as to those who order the Proceedings at a later date.
