Cancellation Policy - There is no charge for cancellations or substitutions received in writing prior to February 4, 2008. After that date, no refunds will be given, but Conference Proceedings will be provided. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send a replacement at no additional charge. Because we are responsible for our commitment to the hotel, payment may not be applied to a future Imaging Materials Seminar Conference. FORCE MAJEURE - Should this Event be cancelled or terminated as a result of conditions beyond the reasonable control of The Tiara Group, such as, but not limited to, earthquakes, hurricanes, fires, floods, war, strikes, acts of God, acts of terrorism, governmental restrictions, power failures, or other force majeure, prepaid Registration Fees shall not be refunded, but shall be credited for use by Registrants, or their fellow employees of the same company, toward any other Imaging Materials Seminar produced by The Tiara Group within a period of two (2) years from the date of this Event.
