Reservations should be made by March 30, 2006 to receive this special rate. After this date reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. You can reserve a room with a credit card or check (in U.S. dollars). A first night deposit is required at the time of reservation. Room reservations cancelled within 72 hours prior to day of arrival may be charged one night’s fee. No-shows will be charged the first nights room deposit.

Transportation
The Hyatt Regency Rochester is eight minutes from the expanded Greater Rochester International Airport. A complimentary airport shuttle service to and from the airport is available. There are over 250 flights in and out of Rochester daily, the most frequent on USAir. The airport is accessible to all major airlines.
